No. The app produces estimates for planning purposes using the figures you enter. It is not a lending commitment, rate offer, or financial advice. For rates and advice tailored to your situation, contact Monument Mortgages.
How is CMHC insurance handled?
When your down payment is under 20% of the purchase price, the app automatically adds the CMHC mortgage default insurance premium to the mortgage amount, using the standard premium tiers.
Does the app work offline?
